Tab cycle the current element type (Shift+Tab = back)
Enter finish element, move to the next logical one
Enter on empty fall through (empty Character → Action)

Yes. Writing, cloud accounts, Fountain files and PDF export are all free. There is no trial, watermark or paid tier.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ScriptJedi runs entirely in your web browser on desktop, tablet and phone.

Can I use my scripts in other screenwriting apps?

Yes. ScriptJedi reads and writes Fountain (.fountain), which most screenwriting software — including Final Draft, WriterDuet, Highland and Slugline — can import or export.

Is the formatting really industry standard?

Yes. Margins, element indents, spacing and pagination follow the conventions used by professional screenwriting software: US Letter, 12pt Courier, a 1.5" left margin and 55 lines per page.
